A slight 'tingling' or 'stinging' sensation is normal, especially on open or delicate skin like popped pimples and around your lips.
This is due to the slightly acidic pH of the product.
Any stinging will not cause lasting irritation and actually means the product is working as intented. However, if you can't handle the sensation, rinse the area thoroughly with tap water.

Can I Leave It On Overnight?
You can use the Flawless Finish Spot Treatment as an overnight spot treatment, however be mindful of any dryness that may begin to develop after prolonged periods of use.

Is It Gentle Enough For Sensitive And Dry Skin?
Yes, Panaclear is gentle enough to use as directed on sensitive and dry skin. In fact, our products may help with dry skin due to their slightly acidic pH. This encourages normal moisture production and regulation, as opposed to high pH cleansers which can strip the skin, causing dryness and irritation.
Like with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test on the inside of your wrist before incorporating our products into your routine.
Please note: citric acid is one of our ingredients. If you have a citric acid sensitivity or allergy, or a sensitivity or allergy to any of our other ingredients, Panaclear is not right for you.
Can I Use Panaclear Products On Open Skin?
Yes, our products are safe to be used on open and delicate skin (e.g. popped pimples, around the lips, or extracted blackheads)!
Some customers notice a slight "tingling" or "stinging" sensation when our products are applied to open or delicate skin. This is due to their slight acidity.
While your skin likes acid, when it gets in an open wound, you might notice tingling or stinging. It's completely normal to feel this sensation and it WILL NOT cause lasting irritation. It's actually a sign that our products are working as intended!
If you can't stand the sensation, rinse the area with lukewarm water and pat dry.
How Should I Use It?
Flawless Finish Spot Treatment:
This should replace one of your anti-acne serums or current spot treatment.
Use a small amount applied directly to spots or blemishes as needed. Let it sit for 15 minutes then remove with a damp cloth.
Can I Use It With Other Actives In My Routine?
Yup! You can use Panaclear with other active ingredients in your routine.
However, our products contain citric acid which is not recommended to be used in conjunction with retinols, retinoids, or benzoyl peroxide. This is not an exhaustive list. Please use your best judgement when incorporating a new product into your routine.
If you want to use vitamin C alongside Panaclear, rinse your skin thoroughly after use and wait for your skin to dry completely before applying vitamin C to prevent dryness or irritation.

If you don't already have a Panaclear user account, you can sign up with the email you used for your previous purchase to gain access to your account.
To access your account, you need to:
1) Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the site.
2) Click on "Create Account" and fill in your details. Please make sure you sign up with the same email you used when making your purchase.
3) Check your email for a "Customer account activation" email. Click on the "Activate your account" button.
If you have any problems accessing your account, please email us at hello@panaclear.com and we will get back to you within 48 business hours.
Alternatively, if you don't want to create a user account, you can email us at any time at hello@panaclear.com and we can modify, cancel, or skip a month of your subscription for you. Please let us know about any changes you'd like to make at least two business days before your next billing cycle.
