Complexion Perfection Face Wash
All skin types are compatable with the Complexion Perfection Face Wash, even sensitive and dry skin.
Like with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test on the inside of your wrist before incorporating our products into your routine.
Please note: citric acid is one of our ingredients. If you have a citric acid sensitivity or allergy, or a sensitivity or allergy to any of our other ingredients, Panaclear is not right for you.
This should replace your current cleanser with active ingredients.
Use an almond sized amount 2x daily, morning and night. Massage over dry or damp skin and let it sit for at least two minutes.
Rinse off with water. Avoid eyes.
You can use it to help remove makeup! Remember to double cleanse.
Yes. For the best results, we recommend leaving our Complexion Perfection Face Wash to sit on your skin for a full two minutes before washing it off so it can get a good, deep cleanse.
Yes! Once you discontinue use, biofilm and other gunk will begin to build up in your pores again.
To maintain your results, you should continue to use the Complexion Perfection Face Wash twice a day, every day.
There is no limit to the amount of time you can use the Complexion Perfection Face Wash. It will not lose effectiveness, nor will your skin build up a "tolerance" to our formula over time.

The Complexion Perfection Face Wash is formulated using citric acid.
When you apply it to broken skin, it will sting.
If you feel a stinging sensation, don't worry. This won't harm your skin. It's a part of the cleansing process and actually means it's working as intended. However, if it's too much for you to handle, thoroughly wash the affected area with lukewarm water.

Yes, this is a completely normal reaction for skin prone to dryness or sensitivity.
In order for our Complexion Perfection Face Wash to be so effective, it has to have a low-ish pH. This can cause temporary dryness if your skin is not used to products with a low pH.
To combat dryness, we suggest using your favourite moisturiser at the end of your routine.
Flawless Finish Spot Treatment
All skin types are compatable with the Flawless Finish Spot Treatment, even sensitive and dry skin.
Like with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test on the inside of your wrist before incorporating our products into your routine.

This should replace one of your anti-acne serums or current spot treatment.
Use a small amount applied directly to spots or blemishes as needed. Let it sit for 15 minutes then rinse with a damp cloth.

We recommend using this product in conjunction with your favourite moisturiser, or for more severe cases of dryness, let it sit for shoter periods of time (for example, 5 or 10 minutes instead of 15).
No. While the two products contain the same ingredients, the Flawless Finish Spot treatment has a higher concentration of our active ingredients: monolaurin and citric acid. It also contains less water to help you beat blemishes faster.
Subscriptions
You can access the account sign in portal via the user icon in the top right hand corner of our website.
If you don't already have an account, you can sign up with the email you used for your previous purchase to gain access to your account. To do this, you need to:
1) Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the site.
2) Click on "Create Account" and fill in your details. Please make sure you sign up with the same email you used when making your purchase.
3) Check your email for a "Customer account activation" email. Click on the "Activate your account" button.
If you have any problems accessing your account, please email us at hello@panaclear.com and we will get back to you within 48 business hours.
When you subscribe to a product, you will receive a renewal every 30 days. You can cancel or skip a month at any time.
If you want to skip a delivery, you can do so through the Panaclear account portal on our website. Alternatively, send us an email at hello@panaclear.com and let us know at least two business days before your next billing cycle.

Great question! We love the simplicity of subscriptions, but hate ones that are hard to cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Panaclear account, or email us at hello@panaclear.com letting us know if you would like to cancel. If you would like to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, please email us at least two business days before it renews.
Shipping and Billing
We ship worldwide! All packages are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order via Australia Post.
If you want to cancel your order, that's no problem. Please email hello@panaclear.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
We're so confident you'll love our products that if you do not see results after using them for one month, we will send you your money back. Our money back guarantee requires you to consistently use our products for at least 30 days. We do require before and after photos. These must be timestamped and taken AT LEAST every week (4 minimum). We require this to help us better understand your concerns and reduce the risk of fraud, so please remember to take photos. The money back guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer.
