Shop Panaclear this holiday season, and pass it on! Every qualifying order placed between now and the 19th of December lets you gift a Panaclear product to someone you love completely free of charge.

How It Works

1. Shop & checkout like normal

Shop and checkout like normal. Every qualifying purchase enables you to claim one free gift up to a limit of 3 per customer.

2. Find your order number

Your order number is in the subject line and body of the confirmation email sent to you right after completing your purchase. You’ll need this number to submit your gift claim.

3. Fill out the Buy One, Gift One form

If your order qualifies, you'll receive an email with the subject line 'Send Your Free Panaclear Gift Now! 🎁'. To access the Buy One, Gift One form, either click the link in that email, or click the button below. Can't find the email? Be sure to check your promotions folder and spam.

4. Fill out the gift recipient's delivery details

Once you complete the Buy One, Gift One form, click “Continue to delivery” and enter your recipient’s delivery information.

You won’t be asked for payment information unless you’ve selected any optional add-ons.

5. Complete your gift order

Once you've entered their delivery information, click “Complete order” or "Pay now" if you purchased add-ons. You’ll see a confirmation screen confirming your gift order has been received.

You'll then receive:

- An order confirmation email.

- Tracking details once their gift is on its way!

  • From 13 October 2025, to 19 December 2025, every qualifying Panaclear order includes the option to gift one free Complexion Perfection Face Wash or Flawless Finish Spot Treatment to a friend. Add-ons are available for an additional charge.

  • New orders placed during the program period qualify, including:

    One-time purchases and the first charge of new subscriptions started during the program Period.

    Existing subscriptions are eligible only on the first recurring order processed within the program period.

    Each qualifying order entitles you to claim one (1) gift. A single customer (based on reasonably linked identifiers such as name, email, payment method and/or shipping address) may claim a maximum of three (3) gifts during the program period.

    The program is available only where the customer and gift recipient’s shipping addresses are in Australia.

  • We hope this was explained clearly above, but after completing checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Buy One, Gift One form if your order qualifies. Enter your order number, select your gift, enter your friend’s details, and we'll handle the rest! If you need more help, please email us at hello@panaclear.com.

  • One (1) gift per qualifying order. Up to three (3) gifts per customer during the program period.

  • If you select standard shipping, we've got you covered. Express shipping is available for an additional charge.

  • If your gift hasn’t shipped yet, email hello@panaclear.com as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn’t been shipped. Please include your original order number, your email, or your recipient's name or email so we can identify the order.

    Please double-check all addresses before submitting. Panaclear is not responsible for delays, redelivery fees, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your original qualifying order is cancelled or refunded in full before the gift ships, any unshipped gift will be cancelled.

    Please note our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers does not apply in conjunction with the program.

    If you do not claim a gift, we will honour 30-day money-back guarantee claims. If you attempt to claim a gift on your order after claiming the 30-day money-back guarantee, we reserve the right to deny the gift claim.

    Your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to your purchased Panaclear products and, where applicable, to gift items. If a gift is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will be happy to provide remedies required.
